1. For best results, use after applying a moisturising face oil or serum as this allows the Gua Sha to glide effortlessly over your skin. Using light pressure, slide the Gua Sha across your face and neck using the below techniques for between 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Jawline: gently sweep from the chin along the jawline in an upward motion towards the ears. repeat on each side.
3. Neck: gently press at the base of the neck above collar bone and move the Gua Sha in an upwards motion towards the jaw.
4. Cheeks: gently press from the centre of the face and work outwards towards the ears, ensuring you are careful near the eye area.
5. Brows: gently sweep across the brow line starting from the centre and working outwards.
6. Forehead: gently sweep in an upward motion towards the hairline.
